I believe that choosing to work at Carpenter Realtors 30 years ago was one of the best professional AND personal decisions that I have ever made.  It is going to be very hard to state all the reasons why in one paragraph.  I started at Carpenter about the same time I was starting my family.  I initially chose Carpenter because their office was convenient to my home.  However, I have stayed with Carpenter for 30 years because they offer the best services to their clients:  advertising, websites, brochures and more.  Carpenter Realtors wants their agents to succeed and their clients to be both happy and satisfied.  I have watched them be the first to  introduce new programs and technology into the market.  Many of the other real estate companies sit back and wait to see if we will be successful.  When we are, then they initiate their own version of our programs.  As they say, "Imitation is the best form of flattery".  On a personal level, my three boys were pretty much raised in real estate.  With client's permission I would even bring them with me, when needed, on showings from the time that they were babies.  At the age of 5, one of my son's walked in my managers office and informed him that he was ready to start selling real estate and needed his own desk and phone.  The owner takes a real interest in the agents and their families.  From year one he would ask me about my husband (by name) and the boys (as they were born).  During a rough stretch for me during the housing recession, Carpenter Realtors reached out and helped me through it.  I have no regrets at all about my decision to chose Carpenter Realtors and, God willing, I will probably still be working for them in another 30 years.
