Jeana is a dedicated and passionate Realtor® with more than 20 years of experience in the Indianapolis real estate market. Over the years of guiding homeowners through the process she has created a roadmap for her clients to make their experience as easy as possible with attention to the clients needs being most important.
In addition to serving her clients, she is the Director of Training at Carpenter Realtors®, where she leads agent education and development, helping Realtors reach their goals and build thriving careers. Jeana truly loves what she does-whether she's teaching new agents, supporting experienced ones, or guiding families through the exciting journey of finding their next home. Her background includes seven years as the Office Manager for Carpenter's West Office, one year in mortgage origination and processing, and over 20 years of managing, maintaining, and renovating rental properties. This diverse experience gives her clients a deep well of knowledge and practical insight.
Jeana is a proud graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management. At home, she and her husband, Justin, keep busy with their three children: Ella and twin boys, Knox and Nolan.
