After retiring from a job with a worldwide leader in manufacturing I started a new career with Carpenter Realtors® of Lebanon.  Having specialized experience with corporate sales and with the extensive Carpenter training program, I have  a broader education to fit my future needs as a new associate in the office.  The corporate Carpenter team along with the guidance of the local broker Phil Ludlow I have been given the tools for a successful career with the Carpenter team.  I look forward to being involved in the community through our programs and the future I am creating for myself and my family.

Carpenter treats their agents like a company should.  From the readiness of managers and other big producers being willing to help out to the great training Carpenter provides the tools that are required in this business to be successful.  I have “shopped” other companies and they did not offer near the training.  I feel like Carpenter is a big family.  If you work hard and use the tools given to you by Carpenter, then you will be able to succeed in real estate….period!

Real estate is my second career. I am retired from an airline and I promised myself that my next job would be one that I really enjoyed and that's what I have in Carpenter. The training is absolutely the very best and it is always ongoing to keep us updated on the latest information. My manager Tom Underwood is just the best. Always there to give us support and encouragement and my co-workers are my extended family.   I started with Carpenter in 2002 and have no desire to ever go anywhere else. I found what what I was looking for in Carpenter!

I started working for Carpenter Realtors in 2004 and have enjoyed it since day one.  The support from all members of the Carpenter family is priceless.  From the very top person, Tom Prall, all the way to the newbies just starting the support is tremendous.  We are offered a lot training that is free to us and very informative. The gruelling 3 weeks of  training I recieved when I first bacame a Carpenter agent, along with the continued training we have available to us has made me very confident doing real estate transactions and hom buying and selling for Carpenter Realtors. 

 

I feel that Carpenter Realtors really cares about me.  When I am at the office you can just feel the comfort level that everyone has.  Our managers, Susan, Beth and Ted, are alway on hand and eager to talk or help with any situation that may rise. They make our office feel like home, and I really enjoy coming to work.

I joined the Carpenter company in 1992 and have never looked back on my decision. I started with a "bedroom" office in an old Main Street house and soon after, we moved to 301 Northfield Drive. I have worked here for 18 very successful years. I appreciate the consistency of Carpenter, working with Susan Blandford, Beth Adams and Ted Bitting.

One of the things I count priceless in this company is the community we experience in our Brownsburg office. There is so much give and take. People helped me at the beginning and now I love to help others starting out as a means of "payback." I have worked my way up our commission schedule to the point I start each year in the top level of bonus. I have access to all office supplies at no cost. Half of my advertising is paid by Carpenter. I was approached just yesterday by a Keller Williams agent to consider their company. I was so proud to say that I am very happy and grateful for what Carpenter has done for me ... and what I am working hard to do for them.

There is a scripture principle that I live by that says, "Give, and it shall be given to you."
